Beginning in 2007, Central Iowa Sandblasting will begin operation.  Sandblasting, as well as protective finishes to your specifications will be offered.

 

From farm implements, auto frames, rims, propane tanks, to railings, and piece work. I am equipped to supply a SSPC-SP10 finish.  This is a clean profiliing of the surface that provides and excellent condition for priming. 

 

Central IA. Sandlasting can handle the removal of powdercoat finishes as well. No more chemical stripping, or heating up the frames.... Again, by sandblasting you also gain a surface that is ready for powdercoating or whatever you choose for your finish. The profiled surface is preferred over a D.A sanded surface because it creates a profiled edge that any primer or powdercoat will cling to.

Central Ia. Sandblasting uses coal slag, over river sand. This media is more expensive, but the improved surface created is far better for finishing. Next time, let Central Ia. Sandblasting take on your next project.

 

 

Pieces that are prime coated, as well as application of protective finishes, can be protected with PPG Industrial finishes if desired. Colors can be matched to your choice.
